Around noon, I extracted Ben and Sam from their game ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0600 and we drove past the Warhol ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0601 to parking ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0602 by the dinosaur ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0603 near the statue of Honus Wagner ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0604 at PNC Park ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0605 where our buccos were playing.
Once inside, we got a plate ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0606 which Ben filled ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0607 as did I ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0608 and Sam ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0609 to the amusement of our waiter ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0610 who showed us the way to this carrot cake ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0611 before we emerged through this gate ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0612 and took our seats behind home plate ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0613 to look out at the stadium ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0614 and watch the game ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0615 as batters ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0616 checked the scoreboard ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0617 before the next pitch ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0618 and we ate wings ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0619 and left peanut shells ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0620 before the next batter ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0621 as the man with the tail ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0622 watched the next pitch ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0623 as we roamed the stadium ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0624 and got Ben ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0625 and then all of us ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0626 against the backdrop of the city.
Next we went to the room celebrating Bob Prince and the Pirates of my youth. This ad ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0627 was familiar as were the sayings on this coat ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0628 and this picture ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0629 of Bob Prince himself. Continuing our tour of the stadium, we got the good city views ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0630 ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0631 the playground view ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0632 the view of Heinz Stadium ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0633 and a few looks down at the field ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0634 ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0635 ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0636 before we came back to watch the Buccos ../../../Sabbat/2003/08.28-31.03LaborDay//IMG_0637 lose the game.
That evening, dinner was at Andy and Debbie's.
