Our time in Santillana del Mar was up. The weather was clearing so we expected to have a good ride to the mountains (along the beach) and since we had seen Santillana from end to end we were ready to begin the journey forward. We first stopped in Camillas where there is a Gaudi building (among other things). We stayed for lunch in the Gaudi house where Jane ../../../Sabbat/Pics/07.16.00TheRoadToFuenteDe//P7160026 had the chicken stuffed with duck ../../../Sabbat/Pics/07.16.00TheRoadToFuenteDe//P7160032 and the vanilla ice cream (home made) covered with chocolate sauce ../../../Sabbat/Pics/07.16.00TheRoadToFuenteDe//P7160033 Suzanne ../../../Sabbat/Pics/07.16.00TheRoadToFuenteDe//P7160027 had the coffee black and white ../../../Sabbat/Pics/07.16.00TheRoadToFuenteDe//P7160036 (lest anyone worry, she also had a main course but we don't take pictures of anchovies). Once in Fuente De, we enjoyed the views (pictures to come later) and the low key place as we hung out and eventually had our dinner.
