We were in a good mood ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110002 and so decided to drive to Jerusalem for a walk on the ramparts. ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110003 ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110009 ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110010 At times it got scary ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110008 ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110013 because it was narrow and windy. But the views inside the old city were great. ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110007 and we could even see people's laundry ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110001 and a wonderful view of the Dome of the Rock ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110004 which we could see with TV antennas ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110005 We also saw a fruit stand ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110011 but they didn't do take away.
When we passed over the Damascus Gate ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110006 we started to look down on shops in East Jerusalem ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110012 and saw women ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110014 bringing home their groceries.
Afterwards we drove back to Herzalia Pituach where we took pictures of our favorite restaurant sign ../../../Sabbat/Pics/03.11.00JerusalemRamparts//P3110015 and then ate at a hummus/falafel place next door.
