Next we missed ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1397 and then only slightly connected ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1398 ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1399 on pictures of the people in the opposite seat -- he with the resume with his head shot on the other side and the growing candelabra rental business. All of this got us to the subway station ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1400 to head south to Washington Square Park ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1401 where Ben and Sarah ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1402 watched the baseball game ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1403 and we then studied the signs ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1404 to Benjamin's amusement ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1405 before walking further, taking this bad picture ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1406 and then this picture ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1407 for what will ultimately become yet another connection. We recorded McDonald's ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1408 and the obligatory phone booth ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1409 in Chinatown before having this wonderful Dim Sum, ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1410 ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1411 ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1412 ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1413 ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1414 though I can't remember the names of the dishes our new friend ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1415 brought before taking this picture of us ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1416 and sending us on our way. Next we went to Ferrara's where Sarah had this dish ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1421 and Benjamin ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1422 had this cone. Back on the train, this gentleman ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1423 offered advice as well as a restaurant guide and we promised to send him his picture even though he had never heard of the Museum of Radio and Television ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1424 to which we went next even though the whole place is trademarked and no photos can be taken inside.

After 2 hours of television, we were ready for a walk back to the train. Sarah stopped to buy Olive Butter from this person ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1425 who then agreed to do a makeover. This is the before picture ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1426 and the initial action ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1427 as Benjamin watched ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1428 and the work progressed ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1429 to this intermediate result ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1430 and the final eye touches ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1431 that led to this after ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1432 picture. Quite a difference.

On the final part of our path, we met a man who told us the world was ended ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1433 and another who seemed to have a Christ complex ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1434 before getting to our train ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1435 where Benjamin could model his new hat ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1436 in rapper mode.

This was a trip with a mission. We got 2 of them ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1437 but the photographs ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1438 ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1439 ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1440 ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1441 ../../../Sabbat/08.20-23.02ScavengerHuntNYC//IMG_1442 come far from representing reality. It's time for a visit to the optics people to understand how to get the lighting right, not an easy task with the geometry of the paperweights being what it is and all.
