The next day, we headed out past the ad for the Elvis impersonator to Mellon's home of the sticky buns with the big promise that were delivered by these girls from Media.

Next we went to the bagel shop next door where they were celebrating the 4th in grand style. We checked out the menu but didn't want to ruin our appetites so we had Benjamin do the flag thing took a picture of this bumper sticker and then ran into these wonderful children having a holiday parade.

Back at home, as the time passed, Jane and Lucy rested and then got ready to move even though the day was gloomy. But time passed so we watched Rikki encourage people to get out of their Mom's house. And then we got settled at the beach as Suzanne read the Bernstein guide to Paris and Lucy and Jane gathered shells. All of this digging led to these conch shells with live animals in them and this crab so that we roamed the beach looking for more until it was time to return for reading. and Michael and Caroline could discuss publishing English research to the amusement of Suzanne. The digging resumed and we made a sign warning people away from our masterpiece. It was time for regrouping The digging continued beyond the pier and back

that were enjoyed by all as the conch dried up and we got ready to put the sea rice back home.

The next excursion began a little later as we made our way to Hoy's where we took our obligatory phone booth picture and worried about poor Joe. Suzanne modeled for us in Hoy's and we left to see this fine ad for tutoring.

The only thing better than Benjamin's dinner were these crayons he won at the arcade much to the delight of the neighbors. The meal was exquisite with mozzarella, basil and tomatoes, roasted vegetables, zucchini rice, asparagus rice, and leftover fish.

Sadly it was departure time, so Caroline took the first picture followed by Suzanne. This is (more or less) what they saw.
