After we finished our tour of Luxor, we managed to miss the boat heading south. Eventually we got back to the boat and started a very serene, very beautiful cruise. Sarah took these pictures on and off

the side of the boat.

While we were waiting to get through the locks at Esne, we noticed boats approaching other cruise boats and sure enough, a few moments later, this gentleman started to show his wares to our boat. If you expressed interest, he tossed the item up to the boat and started to negotiate prices. No one bought anything so we didn't learn how the money gets back to him. The tablecloth got negotiated down to $10 (normally $20, for you $10) with 12 napkins but still it had no takers.
