A few days later, the table was set for the seder as Suzanne and Josephine prepared matzah balls kugel potatoes and cream was being carefully whipped which amused Josephine as the brisket appeared along with matzah bark and a host of other things including macaroons and this gift basket which came from people who couldn't make it and a flourless cake with forks to match as the potatoes were readied as were the matzah balls and eggs which went through the whisking process

before attention went to the tomatoes and asparagus and the lovely fruit bowl as the caps from the auction beer and then the beaters started churning as lemons were squeezed and not added to the mix but rather to the double boiler as the kitchen laptop was consulted for instructions and the plates for gefilte fish were set out and prepared. Then, Andrew Ford arrived to be followed by Martha and Bill who breezed in with arms full of wine which was displayed and then consumed as DrLen and Judy posed in native garb before all were assembled and liquids were organized which amused Suzanne at the opposite end of the table as we turned to a discussion of the seder plate even as DrLen showed off the songbook to Martha's amusement and my plate was cleared of plaques and Hillel's sandwich but there's always room for more charoset and the nonfish part of the first plate while others had the whole thing. Soon, matzah ball soup was served brisket was passed and my plate began to take shape but soon enough it was time to serve dessert and then repatriate the afikomen. Before Andrew left, we did a Blues Brothers imitation
