It was a beautiful spring day and so I drove to Lambertville where I ran into DrLen standing on the corner
and so we headed off to Frenchtown where we saw this lady
and this outsider art
along with the subway sign
the robot
the Barstow's sign
the squishy egg
the antique toy
and the local drum
in this antique store
and the chicken
and cage
in this shop across the street
before heading to Milford where we were served
this drink
by our waitress
who then took this picture
as the man at the neighboring table and his son offered scary advice about the airport in Nairobi
before my meal
and Dr Len's
arrived accompanied by the ever necessary HP Sauce.
Dr Len tried various samplers
as his sandwich with chips arrived
and I went off for this collection sign
before recording the other bathroom sign
and returning to see the almost clean plate club
before we passed the baker which had already closed
and went to the Bridge Street Dog Pound
which had a good list of ice cream flavors
as well as a selection of hot dogs
and results from a compeition
that caused the owner
to show us his tip box before we headed south.
Next we went to Lambertville to visit the clock store
with the wonderful sculpture int eh window
and admired clock parts
and this penny holder
and lamp
before reading the statement about why the store is what it is.
