We were in a good mood
and so decided to drive to Jerusalem for a walk on the ramparts.
At times it got scary
because it was narrow and windy.
But the views inside the old city were great.
and we could even see people's laundry
and a wonderful view of the Dome of the Rock
which we could see with TV antennas
We also saw a fruit stand
but they didn't do take away.
When we passed over the Damascus Gate
we started to look down on shops in East Jerusalem
and saw women
bringing home their groceries.
Afterwards we drove back to Herzalia Pituach
where we took pictures of our favorite restaurant sign
and then ate at a hummus/fallafel place next door.
