We had muffins at a final breakfast in Palo Alto and then greeted Nico who came to leave off the dogs and said farewell to Jacobo and Barbara and the dogs before stopping in San Francisco to have brunch at Sarah and Ed's apartment and we then drove on to Napa where we saw this car that had the name of the resort where we were staying and recorded the sherrif's vehicle and this very wide chair and this piece of art along with this statue commemorating those who gave their lives in combat as we paused and Suzanne had a water break before I recorded this sign for the collection.

Once we were settled at the Diekman's condo, we headed out to the Farm restaurant where this was the amuse buche which kept Susie and Suzanne wamr (along with the blankets) and this was the remarkable cucumber soup and the truffled risotto I had as others had salmon` before the desserts arrived.

The next day we went to a winery where this sculpture had been done by a friend of the Diekman's and so SUzanne took a photo to send to the sculptor as I recorded the limitations on rides on this camel sculpture and we admired the sheep. We had dinner at Ciccio's where the silverware was naturally orange and Hector, our waiter was intot he orange and black theme as well as our appetizers appeared followed by pizzas after which the Diekmans posed with the owner and then after dessert I got this photo of both owners.

The next day I recorded Rosie Lucky and Suzanne as Rosie and Lucky were excited to get ready for their walk after which we went to St. Helena where I noted the IOOF. After an easy going day, we went to La Toque for dinner where these were the first courses this was the special treat from the chef and these were the other foods we enjoyed along with this remarkable wine as more courses came our way followed by dessert and a photo of all of us taken by our waitress before final sweets were served. Back a tthe house, I recorded this dog painting.

Next morning, we said good bye to Rosie and Lucky P1090256 and headed to Mike and Arlene Bernstein's house where we had this wonderful lunch of largely home made ingredients and admired their flowers

along with their cat who was inherited from the neighbors. After a pause we made our way to the front door, thanks to the signage and enjoyed the flowers before having an aperatif of bubbly and then enjoying eggplant parmesan as I missed on teh first attempt to take a group selfie but fortuantely the second go round worked though we then dispersed before I could take another but cheese was served since I joined the clean plate club and after a taste of chocolate, we called it a day.

Next morning, we admired the blood orange tree and the flowering plant with capers as a lizard happened by and we then went for a walk and met these roosters along the way

before running into these deer as we took in the scenery and the goat ranch and then made it back up the hill as I recorded the clouds until we came back to the house so that the 3 strollers could take a selfie. We admired some wines before having cheese and nuts and a blood orange ice cube in my water as Mike and Arlene seemed to be enjoying their lunch. After lunch, we recorded the rugs Arlene had made and then we headed to Don Giovanni's where we were greeted by this corkscrew and then enjoyed appetizers including zucchini fries before the chicken and pizza arrived.
