First cousin (once removed) Adam had a bar mitzvah coming up which gave us a wonderful excuse for a family gathering and so the flowers were in place when Larry and Janet arrived.

And the next day, we all went to dinner at Marsillio's, Dick and Fran having arrived and Ben having joined and these were some of the portions (some better than others)

including Fran's plate which hadn't yet arrived though we did have condiments before her plate did arrive and I then moved to sit next to Suzanne and had a small anniversary celebration which satisfies us as we observed the wine and then had desserts before recording group photos and then noted where we had been.

Next morning we drove to the Upper East side for the celebration and recorded some of the attendees and a friend of Dick and Fran's we ran into on the street as I gathered another sign for the collection along with the pretty flowers.

After a drive across the TriBoroughBridge, we arrived at the reception and took a few group photos before heading to the reception and gathering Larry, Janet, Penny and Eric for first photos as Suzanne watched and other cousins began to assemble as this photographer began to snap numerous photos which may have looked like these

before we headed to our table where Dick and Eric held court as I admired the flowers (with tennis balls) and Rachel weighed in as I recorded the menu and the plates and those at my table in a variety of groupings as Fran put on her halo for further pictures some of which Toba undoubtedly recorded as Suzanne and Larry and Larry did halo photos as did Dick and Eric as challah was served and folks gathered kids danced and Toba's grand daughter arrived and then food was served

leading to dessert which was consumed leading to empty tooth picks and we bade farewell to the party and the take away gift bags. Next we drove to the West Village where I captured these signs for my collection and we then stopped off to visit Jane. On the way back to Princeton, we stopped for gas and then called it a day.

Sunday morning began with breakfast as the assembled had many choices

before reaching out to Dansyl. Then we drove to Philadelphia and parked the car and made our way to the Barnes Museum where photography was prohibited and then went to the blue cat for lunch where the assembled admired the sugar as did the others and all admired the clue cat photo before our food arrived.
