It was Passover, 2012 and the table was set for 19 (actually 20 but then we figured out that we didn't need the last place) and the seder plate and relishes and parsley and marror were ready as were the flowers as the seating was arranged and the fish plates were organized in the kitchen as the carrots were prepared and Josephine was stirring the oil getting ready for something as the charoset (or was it chopped liver?) carrots and grated cheese were ready as the 10 plaques appeared as the table was ready along with the sidebar and the first matzah of the year appeared as the cheese chopped liver carrots grated cheese and whipped cream were accumulating with the matzah and brisket and matzah crackers and the appetizers were assembled but we didn't want to forget the carrots as Ben prepared to get dressed and I looked at the stones and glass balls before going back to see the asparagus as Josephine worked and I admired the eggs and chicken and vegetables, all ready for the approaching people as the macaroons brought out Adam, Hannah and Laura who were followed by Martha Leslie, Chip and Henry Kathleen and Mitch Wellington and Jeff And Tamar and tom before Jane and Katy emerged from their long drive and once Bill arrived we could be seated and conduct the service.

When we got to the appropriate place, i was served a fishless plate as the others had their fish letting me admire the seder plate before the soup chicken and carrots were served so that my plate could slowly come together. At this point, Tom decided he needed to take some photos of our end of the table and I took a picture of Leslie taking a picture of me and then the desserts made their way through the table

with the final dessert being the Afikoman which Wellington found.
