It was Thanksgiving and Matt Traylor came by as Suzanne was beginning to prepare various cranberry dishes while her helpers began making cupcakes and the turkey basket appeared and the picture of what the cupcakes were supposed to look like inspired the gathering of ingredients mixing of ingredients as they were measured. We began toasting the bread with a break to look at the orange juice and then the package with the contents and the greeting as the chocolate was mixed and the toasting continued

as the onions were prepared which Matt and Jane watched and the first cupcakes emerged as the mixture was tasted and the toasting continued until the crusts were cut off the bread was watered and squeezed and moved to its new home and just as the process was completing Justin appeared as Matt spoke with Geofferson and more cupcakes emerged from the oven which seemed to bring Ben to life and the vegetable broth was added to the bread and onion mix which was then stirred as Jane began the washing and Suzanne continued the process of making things and dirtying dished which inspired Matt to check out with the books he'd been loaned. The stuffing continued as did the cupcakes when the mixer went into full bore mode

as we studied Lucy's mother's recipe (or a copy thereof) and got the Hershey's syrup ready with the bundt pan and after the washing we were ready to pour the mixture into the pan

so that the caramel for the cupcakes (round 1) was being made and the chocolate cake was ready for the oven as the multi colored radishes were cut and some foods appeared to keep the caramel making effort going even as the vegetarian meatball sandwiches were made and the cupcakes waited for the caramel as the bundt cake and cupcakes alternated attention as Jane and Suzanne admired the prepared desserts and relish tray and so we were ready to go to the Kramers for Thanksgiving and assemble by the table and then in the living room as Suzanne Ben and Peter posed and the others gathered for a group picture of the Kramer family

and then these pictures of Renee and her mother before we bade farewell of Seva and Peter with a final negotiation about who was to take what food.

The next day, we began with a walk into town where Jane ran into Will and they posed together at varying heights before I met Rich Gittleman and his daughters and then went to Small World where I saw Jane, Will and Matt and recorded the books I had taken out from the library.

Later that day, we returned to the Kramers where the assembled celebrated Lizzie's engagement to Stephen but first Ben and I did back to back to show that I'm still taller which inspired Peter and Jane to do the same.

On Saturday, the Davidsons appeared on their way home from Long Island as DrLen explained and corn muffins were served with cranberry toppings as turkey was served in various ways which amused the assembled until the fire was launched.
