One day at work, there were many birthdays to celebrate, so I took photos of Toni, Joan and Sandy with their cake (all three born within the same week)

Then I decided it was enough for the camera and so went to Best Buy and took pictures first of the Geek Squad door and then of the service person and finally of the surface of the complaints counter before deciding to buy a cheap interim camera.

Back at home, I assembled the camera and took this self portrait this photo of Ben and of Suzanne and then a variety of shots of Ben under different settings

as Jeff arrived fresh back from Hawaii with Japanese candy that wasn't fit for humans along with the fruits of visits to Whole Foods, Sam's Club and the Hawaiian Macademia Nut Wine story after which dinner was served but not before Jeff blessed the wine which seemed to uplift his soul (or maybe just his eyes?). There was salad and peanuts and a piece of meat that was sliced along with crispy over cheesed macaroni and cheeses (the only way to enjoy this delicacy) which made Ben's plate look like this as Jeff and Suzanne Ben and I admired the flowers and San Pellegrino before I took the strawberry picture which challenges every camera for perfection.
