It was a faculty lunch with Jianqing Fan ORFE, Cristiano Galbiati PHY, Angel Loureiro SPA, Leigh Schmidt REL, Ileana Cristea MOL, Jean-Herve Prevost CEE, and Richard Miles MAE.
A few days later, Sal Rosario and Joe Delucia from OIT were here for a demo and I took their pictures.
but the main event was the office's celebration of Kris and my birthdays and so cakes were presented
knives were crossed
and the cutting began
and proceeded
with the occasional blurry piece
that kept us going
as the cakes shrunk
and more cutting
and blurry pieces
left us with even less
even as the others in the office watched and ate their cake
