This was the next day at Santorini and I began by meeting Tim at breakfast and admiring the view as my food came and I took this self portrait. After a few pictures of the surrounding scenery Mike arrived complete with laptop to begin his day. I went back to the room committed to taking enough pictures to drain the battery (a task that proved to be quite difficult) and so recorded the room the shower the patio and views in various directions before settling on the patio to read my email on this screen.

At the lab, Benedict was hacking code as Andreas took pictures of these parts and Matthew worked on his software as we observed many pieces of mural in the hopes of resolving the frescoes

until I started scanning in 2D and so saw views like these

before stopping to eat my lunch sandwich and record the bath room sign that has mystified us. This large piece scanned like this before being returned to the table. After saying good bye to Andreas and Vracule I went back to the hotel and took this picture of my feet and these pictures of the scenery before we headed off to another beach with this texture on the ground this setting and these boards for access across the hot black sand. After leaving the setting we headed above for dinner where Tim was amused that I seemed to be in motion but them stopped as we gave directions to the other car who were meeting us at Dimitri's restaurant where these were the views from our table

this was the bread and wine and this was Dimitri posing with Tim and Mike. After recording the others at the table and the colors among the wine, oil and vinegar I dug into my Santorini salad (with small tomatoes) as this appetizer of roe was enjoyed by Tim before Szymon's fish Matthew's chicken Mike's pasta and my stuffed tomatoes (which always seem to come with a stuffed pepper) arrived. After the meal, Dimitri brought us watermelon and we went back calling it an early evening.
