It was a beautiful spring day and so I drove to Lambertville where I ran into DrLen standing on the corner and so we headed off to Frenchtown where we saw this lady and this outsider art along with the subway sign the robot the Barstow's sign the squishy egg the antique toy and the local drum in this antique store and the chicken and cage in this shop across the street before heading to Milford where we were served this drink by our waitress who then took this picture as the man at the neighboring table and his son offered scary advice about the airport in Nairobi before my meal and Dr Len's arrived accompanied by the ever necessary HP Sauce. Dr Len tried various samplers as his sandwich with chips arrived and I went off for this collection sign before recording the other bathroom sign and returning to see the almost clean plate club before we passed the baker which had already closed and went to the Bridge Street Dog Pound which had a good list of ice cream flavors as well as a selection of hot dogs and results from a compeition that caused the owner to show us his tip box before we headed south.

Next we went to Lambertville to visit the clock store with the wonderful sculpture int eh window and admired clock parts and this penny holder and lamp before reading the statement about why the store is what it is.

That Sunday, we were invited to OtherJane's house for dinner. So, Suzanne bade farewell to Jane as Ben gathered up his stuff and we roder to Hopewell where we saw the house and then the occupant with the living room being appealing to Ben as we saw the nicely set dining room table and Ben checked out the fireplace as we saw the indoor porch and the hors de ouveres before heading upstairs so that Suzanne and OtherJane could admire bedrooms as I checked out other parts and Suzanne looked down the long alcove before we came down the steps checked out the kitchen the clock the books and the green apples before conversing a bit and then having Ben light his first matches to get the candles lit so that we could enjoy a wonderful stew and salad along with Maria's artwork and brownies while Ben did his work and Suzanne and I enjoyed tea with Jane
