It was a pretty Saturday, so Suzanne and I walked into town and as we crossed Chambers Street
we ran into the Percarpios and Kramers and so captured, Eddie, Peter and Seva
then Eddie Percarpio and Peter
and then Claire Percarpio. All of the good conversation made us later for the next event
It was Halloween, but neither Simon Morrison (Music) nor I were in costume as we spoke
but when I got home, Ben was in costume

While walking across campus, I ran into the computer science gang and caught a picture of Michele Brown, Jen Widdis, Sandy Barbu, Mitra Kelly
before returning to my office for a meeting with Aaron Friedberg (WWS and Politics).
Later that day, I went to visit Perry Cook and Stacy and see the new house
have a wonderful martini
and have Stacy help organize the ideal picture for me to shoot.
It was the last (week) day of break, a beautiful day and so a good time for a cruise in the country (or city as the case may be) and so Dr Len (aka Mr. Lennie) came to town
and we hung the Ladies neon sign with the help of Sarah
and then went to Dr Len's car where he showed off the mah jongg board he carries
and the wonderful new tools he had just bought.

Along the canal, we saw the fall colors
and then found a bench
where Dr Len shared philosophical thoughts

Back at home, we picked up Suzanne at the train and then Ben
Suzanne
and I (in this self portrait) were seated
and Suzanne had a large glass of the cheap house wine
as Jane
and Sarah returned from parking the car and
we began with salads for the girls
and then BBQ chicken pizza for Ben
kasha pasta for Jane
pasta for Sarah
shrimp for Suzanne (which may have been the cause of her bad indigestion that night)
all served by Lou, our waiter
as well as my pizza margherita
before we made our way across the parking lot through the heavy machinery
where I took group pictures of the kids before we called it a night.
Saturday morning, I got up early to go to the Honda dealer
where I hoped they would check, check and recheck my car without generating too large a bill.
Back at home Dimitrios Gunopulos *95 and his wife Vana Kalogeraki stopped by for a visit.
Then I took Ben to a chess tournament where I saw Steve LeMenager's son
and Steve
