On Tuesday, October 7, I ran into Amv and Scott on campus
en route to a rehearsal for the Laramie Project. That Thursday, we all
dressed elegantly
for the success of the catering department.
On Saturday (the 11th), Jane
wished us well as Ben
got the ball and we went to collect Ross
and the kids
for a 3 way hike
to the stands
where the cheerleaders
rooted Colgate on to victory

Back at home, Martha brought the salad
Suzanne con the con queso dip
and chips
and after the obligatory fruit picture
we organized hors de ouveres
and set them on the table
to the amusement of Andrew's daughter (and Bill)
and her sister
and father
and mother
as the old classmates
watched.
A few days later (10/14), Lila Fredenburg and Lin Ferrand
posed to celebrate the rewriting of the library's rule book.
On Wednesday, October 15, I met with Diane Jones
who looks after our relations with the government and Doug Massey
who just joined our sociology department.
On Thursday, October 16, I met with Laurel Cantor and Lauren Robinson-Brown
from the publications office.
