Back in Princeton, I resumed my job and visited Pat Brown
in the department of Art and Archaeology. Then Dan Scheiner
of HR came to visit as did Andrew Ford
who will be acting chair of Classics.
Later that day, Linda Hodges
who is acting director of the McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning
stopped by.
The next day, Steve Kotkin
who directs the program in Russian Studies and is Professor of History
came by before I went to lunch with Tony Grafton
professor of history and chair of the humanities council. I met with Arcadio
Diaz
from Spanish and Portugese int he afternoon before a chat with Pete
McDunough
the University's Counsel.
What better way to spend Friday afternoon than with a visit from the
Kogans. We put out a lot of food
and all got ready to eat
as Almog
and Lotem
seemed to enjoy Jane
and Benjamin
as Eliezar
took pictures of Sarah
and the food
before I could get a picture of him
and his cousin
as they prepared to get into their rental car
and head to New York.
There were the final pictures of the family assembling
and of Eliezar recording this
to the amusement of Sarah and Jane
as the Kogans
got ready to leave so that Sarah and her friends
could finish the left overs.
