These were a few days where my various lives headed in different directions. To the extent that there was a central theme, it was based in the desire of humanists to return to the past. To that end, I began by going over to Jones Hall on Monday to meet Andras Hamori who chairs the Near Eastern Studies Department. On Tuesday, I went to lunch with Mark Johnston who chairs the Philosophy Department and then went to Woolworth Hall to meet with Scott Burnham who chairs and Marilyn Ham who manages the music department.

Back at home, the pasta was still going and Mary had stopped by to visit along with Kaylen and Sarah who lives here these days. The chess board was symbolic as the friends since Nursery School posed for the requisite pictures.

Next, it was time to take photos of the furniture that was injured in the move -- the basket in 2 views, the tabletop and the lampshade also in 2 views.

By Wednesday, the Continental theme had gotten to Benjamin who was dressed for school and carrying his pocket watch even though he seemed capable of watching television a major anachronism.

Suzanne stopped by Johnson Park and saw Benjamin and Bobby playing jacks as the crowd gathered in other activities that could not interfere with their jacks game Inside, there were the quilling activities

as another group sewed and Benjamin looked the part of a continental merchant. After a few final images Suzanne left the Continental period leaving me to capture these pictures of Sandie Bermann.
