Even though it was April Fool's Day, Jane decided to take pictures of the plants for her biology experiment

A few days later, Ben hid behind his book
and then posed
as did Jane
as Ben
showed how a newly turned 9 year old reads a book.
That morning, I taught Jane's geometry class
and the one after it with Justin
and the rest of the kids
in the class.
Then, I went to work and met with Bernard
and Kai
before Ken came down
and took this picture of me with glasses
and this without
which were to be about my last pictures before my transformation.
Michele showed off her new lens
before I headed off to the Y where the basketball
was already starting to the amusement of Suzanne
and Sadia and Audrey
while in the other room, Jane
Kevin
and Jen
were thinking about Jack's present
which reused the invitation as Ian and Nate
arrived and Nathaniel
was there but Hannah
was shy as Sebastian
and Sam
joined the game
and the party room
was getting set up with the sandwiches
and fruit salad
as the presents mounted
and the cake (actually cookie)
shined and the drinks
were ready to go along with the chips
in individual packages.
Back in the gym, the older kids
watched as the game progressed
and they were still watching
when Benjamin
had his moment of exuberance and Ed and Sarah
arrived to explore the room
and the goodie bags
while I had to stand on my feet
to finally get Sarah
to give me a decent pose.
Back in the gym
the other kids watched
as the game wore down and everyone headed for the party room table
where the kids are

Laura
and Hannah
arrived but neither
would quite pose for a picture even as Ben
showed his balloon and the faces started
until we got home
for the local celebration
which began with cheese
and Email reading
as Kurren and Ben played chess
and then moved to the dinner table
where Sarah and Ed
were eating the remaining fruit salad
and pizza was served
to everyone's amusement
until we decided to put on the birthday hate
and sing to the birthday boy
until Kurren lost track
and decided to try to look like this
sculpture. He came close
to the amusement of all
That Sunday, I was pretty happy to say yes to this person
which seemed to make her just as happy.
