It was Jane's fifteenth birthday and so Kaylen came and the 2 of them tried to get the perfect picture and so we gave it a lot of tries

before deciding that they were all good. Fred and Lucy were amused as Jane flipped the channels and Ben decided to get his shoes on so we could take these non pictures before heading off for the birthday picture at the Olive Garden where Suzanne reported that there was no room, so we took the car to Chili's for the next birthday picture before waiting for just long enough for the birthday girl to acknowledge the employees of the month and then do some eye experiments to see if you can flash and still see.

Once we were seated, our waitress got the ordering started as Fred tried to lean back but then posed before leaning back so that I could see Kaylen and Suzanne and Benjamin before taking artistic ketchup bottle pictures and pictures of pictures being taken. Benjamin and Suzanne were focussed on their ordering as Jane did her face thing that convinced me to get back to artistic photos of beer bottles and wine bottles and root beer while the chips and salsa and milkshakes were being delivered. There were chicken wings and then the burgers came so Benjamin got ready to dig in as did Suzanne and I Meanwhile, Jane began to read her gift scrap book while the cake arrived and the singing began. We watched the cake and the candle got blown out so we could dig in and eat away until the gifts -- clothes clothes wrapped book unwrapped book jewelry and jewelry started being opened and the cake started to disappear. Back to more clothes gifts DVD and 2 posters for Jane's ceiling and we were ready for the pictures of the menu with flash and without which led to even more presents of creams socks a T shirt and a DVD that seemed to be a large enough haul. After collecting this sign for the collection, we called it a night and vowed to start celebrating again the next day which was the real birthday. But first we had to pause to give Jane many many hours to work on her anthology and for Sarah and Ed to think about breaking into the house (but I was asleep then and so there are no photos).

Back to reality, the next day was Jane's true birthday and more gifts had appeared on the festive table with this card and this gift certificate and a lot of balloons to accompany the fine food from Olive's.

Ben ground stones for Jane who wore the birthday hat and a scarf from yesterday as she considered the cereal box card we made for her. Jane's sandwich looked good so Benjamin and Sarah dug in and then Benjamin considered the fruit and veggies when Suzanne entered and there were more presents as Suzanne ate and I took the artistic round tin can photos before the cake came and Jane huffed and puffed and blew the candles out so that she could open some more clothing gifts and then the gift from Metropolis that included a tip and some lip balm that caused Benjamin to perform acrobatics with his bread. This card refused to be photographed but came with a vessel for holding other photos. The final gift concerned makeup and then we toasted Jane and declared her fifteen.
