Adele arrived at the appointed hour and left the umbrella and boogie board for the trip. Then we noticed the milk that had arrived the day before and sat in 98 degrees all day which was unfortunate but Carolyn and Lucy arrived to lift our spirits away from this darkness so that we could pack the car and travel on until the train came to Point Pleasant to block our progress.

After the short delay, we quickly parked the car and spoke to the ticket seller before finding parking down the street and bringing our worldly possessions to the beach where Nathaniel and Benjamin dug a swimming pool while Jane, Kaylen and Lucy swam and we admired the sand castles that had gone before. The girls kept swimming as the fortress grew and the digging continued. But before long, everyone was hungry, so we got a dining recommendation and used the facilities but this sign kept us honest about not changing our clothes as we headed down the boardwalk to this place where the hot dogs and cheese fries and nuggets and world's worst calzone made it easy to qualify for the clean plate club.

After a lunchtime picture on the boardwalk, we went back to wave jumping

by the boys with this very fancy jump by Ben and wave riding by the girls. There were a few things that had to be recorded like this lady's hat the life guard's stand the girl's card game and this guys NY Yankees ink before we decided to take our umbrella out of the crowd and head off to the boardwalk where I could achieve great wonders at SkeeBall (a score so how it has to be blanked out) and the girls could win valuable prizes.

On the way back, there was no train and so this was the intersection to be recorded.
